In addition, Help 4 Houses Ltd is fully insured (£5 Million public liability insurance) to carry out work on your premises, this is not always the case with others offering this kind of service.

We offer a free estimate either over the phone or in person if necessary.

Any estimate based on time for individual jobs is based on the information available at the time of the estimate, additional charges may apply when unforeseen circumstances are encountered. Help 4 Houses Ltd will notify the customer immediately such circumstances are encountered.

Where it is necessary for two people to attend, including for reasons of health and safety, you will be advised accordingly.

Any parts required can either be supplied by you, the customer, or by Help 4 Houses Ltd, subject to availability.

Payment must be made upon completion of work, we accept cash and cheques when supported by a valid check guarantee card. A receipt is available on request.
