Help 4 Houses Ltd is registered as a Domestic Installer with NICEIC. This means all electrical work is carried out to the very latest standard, BS7671:2008. This standard came into effect for all electrical work, both domestic and commercial, planned after 1st July 2008. Help 4 Houses Ltd are one of the first companies to have invested in training to ensure we continue to comply fully with this important standard which is predominately aimed at your safety.

Where required under the scope of 'Part P', you will be issued with a certificate giving details of the work carried out and a record of the test measurements taken. The work will also be notified to the appropriate Building Control authority. This is very important following the introduction of Home Information Packs (HIPs) should you decide to sell your house as this will be required for work carried out since 2005.
